The bus stop was right outside, a great convenience for travel. The staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast and the carvery were fantastic.
The room size was not as published, false advertising. I found the heating and temperature in the corridor leading to the room quite different. There were some serious suspicious looking stains on the walls around the bed and the mirror, it wasn't great.

I found the staff helpful. They cleaned and serviced rooms daily. Breakfast being sorted at the carvery was convenient. The bus service right outside was useful. I also appreciated the quiet evenings. Wetherspoons pub is located a short walk away.
The room felt a bit warm. Opening the window helped but allowed some outside noises.

the location WAS acceptable for my needs.
the room was rather small , and I found the lack of storage space annoying. the walls seemed thin because I could hear a lot of noise from other rooms. the cleanliness seemed rushed as well , but not dirty.

The breakfast lacked variety. It had no fruit or yogurt! The absence of an elevator was also an issue, especially with luggage. I found it less than thrilling, to put it mildly. I expected some assistance.

The room was a great size with a decent size bathroom! the restaurant downstairs had a great carvery. a bus stop into town was right outside and easy to access. i found parking available. The rooms were also lovely. the key cards provided easy access for the guests.
