mixed experience, noise and parking issues

disruptive noise limited parking
The noise from the downstairs bar was quite disruptive. It continued late into the night. also, finding parking was a real challenge. i was told there were spots, but they only have a few. street parking requires coins, inconvenient. The apps need uk numbers. the staff could have better communicated the parking situation.

adequate but underwhelming stay

slow service dirty towel
the room was nicely decorated and spacious.
The service was quite slow and unresponsive. It took multiple emails to get a simple question answered. i also noticed a dirty towel still hanging in the bathroom from the previous guest. (not the kind of welcome i was hoping for)
