Amazingly located hotel!

All staff were friendly! They helped a lot. Location is awesome with a short walk to the river and the city center. It's super easy to walk to all attractions and restaurants. Breakfast bags were prepared when we had to leave early.
The Uber drivers didn't pick up in front of the hotel because of the narrow street.

The hotel's location is superb. It is a short walk to many attractions. Breakfast had various options, including local pastries. I received complimentary water and a 'pastel de nata' in my room, a thoughtful touch. The staff was always helpful.

the staff were super cute and always ready to help with a smile i especially remember sergio and nuno being helpful the location couldn't be better close to everything yet surprisingly quiet the breakfast included with my stay was a total treat offering plenty of options to start the day i really liked the spacious and super clean room it had a super comfortable bed
i noticed that the hotel doesn't have dedicated facilities for handling luggage which could be a slight inconvenience for travelers with lots of bags

underwhelming stay despite good location
limited breakfaststale pastries
I was looking forward to my stay. my room faced an inner courtyard. It felt quite closed in. also, the breakfast options were somewhat limited. i expected more variety considering the hotel's reputation. The pastries tasted a bit stale too.
