the breakfast buffet had great variety i loved the fresh squeezed oj. the rooftop terrace had fine views i especially enjoyed drinks at sunset. the hotel is close to the bridge and main strip it was a quick walk along the river
the hotel has limited parking i recommend reserving a spot. i found that some of the front desk staff seemed under informed , made it difficult to get questions answered. my room was missing a shower door this was a real inconvenience

I encountered a slight inconvenience with the air conditioning in the room. It wasn't fully effective, impacting the overall comfort during warmer parts of the day.

I appreciated the proximity to the funicular, a great way to reach the historic city center. luis bridge was also nearby, it gave convenient access to gaia. the rooftop bar offered amazing views. I enjoyed a drink there. the breakfast had a good variety, but the hot buffet items were not very warm.
The air conditioning did not work well. It did not cool the room adequately.

The location was acceptable. It was close to the bridge.
the strict cancellation policy was a problem. i expected more empathy given my mother passed away suddenly. the hotel refused to refund my reservation.
