this hotel became one of my favorites. the service was really good and the staff was friendly. my room was spacious and offered a fine view of the city and the bridge. the bathroom included modern fixtures and a very powerful shower.

I had some issues with the room. the air conditioning did not work well enough. the hotel only offered oil heaters as a solution. It was not practical at all. the service did not meet expectations for a hotel of this price. Attention to guests was not a priority.

The hotel staff was very nice and professional, I noticed amazing food too. My bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious. I had an amazing ritual in the spa, it was so relaxing.
I chose this hotel expecting a retreat of comfort. The room assigned to me did not resemble the one advertised. I had to pay for a double upgrade, it was not a generous offer.

The room had distinct decor related to winemaking. I could walk to the riverside area, which has restaurants. Breakfast was excellent. A huge variety of dishes were available (I liked the omelet bar!).
