I found the fluffy robes and towels added a luxurious touch to my stay. especially khan. I felt so taken care of. i also appreciated all the small extras available in the room. They thought of everything.

I noticed that the room lacked natural light as it was underground. It felt a bit confined.

the location is fantastic. a tube station sits a short walk away. several cafes are also nearby. the staff were helpful and polite. i found that very cute.

the space felt quite small. there was literally no space between the end of the bed and the furniture. any movement required me to crawl over the bed. i found the light switches confusing. there were probably seven per room.
