adequate stay, a few hiccups.
small room small towels
the staff was really kind. they was super professional and friendly.
The room i got was smaller that i expected. there wasn't much space even for opening my suitcase. also, there was no proper shower towels. They only had small towels available.

fluffy robes luxurious touch sincere smile
I found the fluffy robes and towels added a luxurious touch to my stay. especially khan. I felt so taken care of. i also appreciated all the small extras available in the room. They thought of everything.
I noticed that the room lacked natural light as it was underground. It felt a bit confined.

the hotel is situated close to edgware road metro station and various bus lines facilitating travel. leaving luggage after checkout was permitted, easing my travel plans. this service allowed flexibility during my final day.

the hotel is a short walk from paddington station and oxford street. the surrounding area is beautiful and the underground station is very close. the proximity to key transport hubs made exploring effortless

great location helpful staff polite staff small space confusing light switches limited movement
the location is fantastic. a tube station sits a short walk away. several cafes are also nearby. the staff were helpful and polite. i found that very cute.
the space felt quite small. there was literally no space between the end of the bed and the furniture. any movement required me to crawl over the bed. i found the light switches confusing. there were probably seven per room.

The room had automatic curtains. I found this excellent. the hotel provided slippers and robes. I really appreciated that detail. i also used the chromecast feature. It worked very well.
