room temperature gluten-free bread
The room felt stuffy at night. It got too hot! the air conditioning only worked on full blast. kitchen smells came into the room. I had to prop the door open at night. Luckily, an open window in the corridor saved the day. also, the dining experience was very average. there was no gluten-free bread for two days. I had very limited choices at breakfast and for starters. this issue remained unresolved. I was told it would be fixed. it never was.

helpful woman great location
The front desk woman had a dog named lola. She was especially helpful (and good!). The location was great for walking to local attractions.
Housekeeping did not change towels or clear glasses one day. Rubbish was also not cleared.

a good stay with minor issues

room decoration nice decoration coffee quantity generous quantity helpful staff friendly staff breakfast quality poor quality apple juice fermenting juice soft bed uncomfortable bed
the room was very nicely decorated (i really liked the style). there was also a generous amount of coffee and tea available, which i appreciated. i found the staff to be friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
The breakfast was a bit underwhelming. The quality of the cooked items could be improved. the apple juice tasted like it was fermenting, which wasn't very appealing. also, the bed was too soft and i experienced some shoulder and back discomfort.
