The location allowed easy access to nearby shops. A cafe connected to the hotel made quick stops very convenient. The staff were consistently friendly (I always appreciate that).
The room lacked a refrigerator, inconvenient. I found the bathroom faucet very difficult to use. The noise isolation was poor, and I could hear a lot of street noise at night (I had some trouble sleeping).

I found the staff at reception quite helpful. The location offered good access to public transport. I had a clean room upon arrival and daily housekeeping maintained it well. IT was a GOOD experience.
My room lacked a small fridge and a coffee machine. I expected these amenities for basic convenience. This absence limited my ability to store drinks or make coffee in the room. The transparent bathroom door was another issue.
