cracked mirrorshampoo shortage
i expected higher standards. the bathroom mirror had cracks. Housekeeping never replenished shampoo, i Had to request this several times. ONE expects better upkeep in a place like this.

I found the staff friendly and efficient. The cleanliness of the entire resort was amazing. The modern apartment offered all necessary amenities, including a well-equipped kitchen and comfortable beds.
The main pool area was occasionally crowded. Getting a sun lounger after 9:30 am was often challenging.

The hotel is situated in a calm area. It is approximately a 25-minute walk from the city center, a distance that might be a challenge for some to return from since the park is on a hill.

I found the restaurant staff attentive. I enjoyed the buffet style meals. The food tasted fresh. I also liked that they handled my daughter's nut allergy carefully, by labeling food and by offering options prepared separately.

mediocre experience during stay
spacious villano in-room amenitiespoor housekeeping standards
the villa were spacious, decorated well and equipped with all amenities i needed.
there where no coffee or tea provided in the room, and if you wanted a hot drink you have to walk quite a long distance. i ended up having to buy my own coffee, tea and milk just to have the basics. the cleaner do not wash the cups or replace it with clean ones, so i had to buy washing-up liquid and sponge.
