comfortable beds apartment size entertainment team loose stair gate cost no reply
the apartment was a great size. the beds were comfortable. the entertainment team were the HARDEST working people. the circus acts were fantastic. it was hard to see if you were not in the front row.
our villa had a loose fitting stair gate when we arrived. my 2 year old managed to push the stair gate out of the wall on the last morning. i told the staff about this on their whatsapp messenger IMMEDIATELY, but received no reply. when i went to collect the luggage, someone demanded i pay 300 euro for the stair gate or they would call the police.

Fantastic Family Stay
clean apartment helpful staff free shuttle
We stayed in a Two-Bedroom Apartment. It was very clean and well-kept. The shop on site stocked plenty of items and the staff were helpful (they always had a smile!). I liked the free shuttle to the beach. It made getting around very easy.
I noticed the gym has limited equipment. It only contains one bench with dumbbells up to 15kg, a treadmill, and a bike.

The resort provides well-kept gardens perfect for families to walk around. The children's pool is excellent and has many amenities designed for younger guests, a great addition that allowed families to have an lovely experience.

The staff members are friendly and helpful. Many guests highlighted the team's attentiveness, professionalism, and willingness to ensure everyone had a comfortable and enjoyable stay (it was noticeable!).

inconsistent cleaning transactional concierge
The food was good and plentiful, I found a variety of dishes available.
The room cleaning was inconsistent, some days were super clean and others felt rushed. A dirty pillow case was even put back on the bed. The whatsapp concierge provided transactional answers only, it didn't offer proactive customer service. It was quite frustrating. I expected better communication.

spacious apartment necessary amenities beach towel restrictive times shower pressure window seal
i Found the apartment spacious. It included necessary amenities. The communal areas stay clean. There was a free beach towel service available, which i found convenient.
the restaurant times felt restrictive. i perceived it was more suited to foreign guests. The shower LACKED pressure. Windows did not seal well enough, especially the living room one that let in rainwater during a strong storm.

cracked mirror shampoo shortage
i expected higher standards. the bathroom mirror had cracks. Housekeeping never replenished shampoo, i Had to request this several times. ONE expects better upkeep in a place like this.

Really good Family Experience
friendly staff cleanliness modern apartment
I found the staff friendly and efficient. The cleanliness of the entire resort was amazing. The modern apartment offered all necessary amenities, including a well-equipped kitchen and comfortable beds.
The main pool area was occasionally crowded. Getting a sun lounger after 9:30 am was often challenging.

The hotel is situated in a calm area. It is approximately a 25-minute walk from the city center, a distance that might be a challenge for some to return from since the park is on a hill.

I found the restaurant staff attentive. I enjoyed the buffet style meals. The food tasted fresh. I also liked that they handled my daughter's nut allergy carefully, by labeling food and by offering options prepared separately.

mediocre experience during stay
no in-room amenities poor housekeeping standards
the villa were spacious, decorated well and equipped with all amenities i needed.
there where no coffee or tea provided in the room, and if you wanted a hot drink you have to walk quite a long distance. i ended up having to buy my own coffee, tea and milk just to have the basics. the cleaner do not wash the cups or replace it with clean ones, so i had to buy washing-up liquid and sponge.
