stained curtains dirty bed sheets
The cleanliness in the room was a real problem. i found stains on the curtains and bed sheets. the room clearly did not meet the expected standards for hygiene. actually, i don't think this resort deserves its 5-star rating. It felt more like a downgrade.

excellent stay
clean hotel quality decor gorgeous beach
the hotel was clean, and the decor seemed to be of good quality. i particularly enjoyed the alternative restaurants that were available apart from the buffet. the complimentary train to the beach was gorgeous! i thought the beach was nicer than the ones i saw in albufeira.
before my visit, i had read some negative reviews. some reception staff were rude, and phones often went unanswered.

Staff members offered assistance with drinks plus food service. some staff were really nice. I particularly enjoyed the attentiveness from most of the staff there, it felt really good.

Rooms were cleaned daily and fresh towels were provided. bottled water was replenished each day. It reminded me of a good service. air conditioning was effective in maintaining a comfortable room temperature.

Really good Stay!
family suite comfortable beds thorough cleaning
The check-in process was smooth! Our premium family suite included two interconnected rooms. This was very suitable. The beds were very comfortable, and the room was thoroughly cleaned daily. YouTube-enabled TVs were available. This kept everyone entertained.
I noticed a slight delay in drink service during peak hours at the bar.

Rafael Sena ensured suitable meal options for our son with allergies. Philippe Sandes provided really good attention to detail and great service. Both gentlemen.

The dining options were varied, with choices typical of an all-inclusive resort. The chef prepared special meals in the bookable restaurants upon request. The Italian restaurant offered an really good experience. All meals impressed us.
