I found the staff to be friendly and helpful, always willing to assist. The location is close to Algar Seco and the 7 Hanging Valleys trail. Breakfast had an excellent selection. It included made-to-order omelets and waffle bars.
The indoor pool was a little cold and the jacuzzi was also cold, disappointing.

The breakfast buffet had a huge variety of produce. Fresh fruit, a full cooked breakfast, and pastries were available. The team in the restaurant. Nothing was too much trouble.
When I arrived, my room had bugs everywhere. I found that my room had twin beds. I was traveling with my girlfriend so that wasn't ideal. The hotel did not reach out to ask for my preference prior to my stay.
