efficient stay

i had not stayed at the hotel for some years, but i found it just as good. the weather was good and that always helps. breakfast had everything on offer and it was a delight. reception staff was very good and so was the long serving waiting staff.
for an expensive hotel i was quite disappointed with my stay. the air conditioning was noisy in my room and on the balcony. i asked for it to be looked at more than once but it remained noisy.

the room had a comfortable bed and was kept spotlessly clean by staff. there was a tv with international channels. a modern, well maintained bathroom. fresh towels were supplied daily to my room.

the hotel pool had a large sunbathing area, and plenty of sun loungers were available. i could also use a modern gym, complete with several treadmills. the grounds are immaculate and well maintained every day.

The hotel's location is perfect (overlooking the beach is amazing!). The room was very clean and spacious. All staff members were friendly and professional. They remembered my name and helped me with golf arrangements.
The room service food felt dire this time. I noticed the breakfast chef only provided overcooked bacon and cold sausages. I also saw boring sides. I left a message about the toaster not working, but I received no response.

The pool area is really amazing! The pool team provides excellent service. The grounds are immaculate and I loved the walk down to the beach across the bridge (it's so scenic).
The gym equipment seemed a bit dated.
