The hotel's central location made exploring easy. Many restaurants and shops were a short walk. the spa was superb (i enjoyed it very much). the room was spacious, and the bedding, including duvets and pillows, provided great comfort.
the impersonal check-in lacked warmth, it felt purely transactional.

The room included extra large, fluffy, soft towels and superb bedding. a spacious bathroom offered a good shower. The room size was ample. the hotel ensured a clean and tidy environment.

The staff across the entire hotel and spa were amazing. The hotel decor is sophisticated, yet it felt warm and homely (quite a combination, i would say). Checking in and out was easy, and the valet parking was seamless. The central location is beautiful, i appreciated its accessibility.
The breakfast service was a little slow. I waited longer than expected for the hot meal.
