inexperienced staff no music
the breakfast tasted fine.
I waited an unreasonable amount of time for wine at dinner. The staff seemed new to their roles and generally unhappy. there was no music playing in the bar!

unstable fridge uncomfortable pillows
Check-in occurred at 3pm. The TV didn't work proper. The fridge seemed unstable. It looked as if it would topple when I opened it. The pillows are not comfy. Breakfast service looked slow and I waited 30 minutes to get my order, the waiter said he could do nothing about it. food wasn't even warm.

central location superb spa comfortable bedding
The hotel's central location made exploring easy. Many restaurants and shops were a short walk. the spa was superb (i enjoyed it very much). the room was spacious, and the bedding, including duvets and pillows, provided great comfort.
the impersonal check-in lacked warmth, it felt purely transactional.

The room included extra large, fluffy, soft towels and superb bedding. a spacious bathroom offered a good shower. The room size was ample. the hotel ensured a clean and tidy environment.

the spa facilities were a standout feature. the location provides prime access to restaurants, bars, and gardens (the opera house is close). the building is beautiful both inside and out.

some staff members were helpful and friendly. housekeeping kept the hotel and rooms very clean. the team ensured our needs were addressed promptly (staff were very attentive).

The breakfast featured a great selection of items. i noticed heated plates were available. the breakfast quality was superb. Fresh, cooked-to-order options were available. the poached egg with oak smoked haddock was delicious.

A Spa Retreat to Remember
amazing staff sophisticated decor seamless valet central location
The staff across the entire hotel and spa were amazing. The hotel decor is sophisticated, yet it felt warm and homely (quite a combination, i would say). Checking in and out was easy, and the valet parking was seamless. The central location is beautiful, i appreciated its accessibility.
The breakfast service was a little slow. I waited longer than expected for the hot meal.

The Superior King Room featured fresh towels daily. It was a quiet room, so i had a wonderful night's sleep. The bed was comfortable, and the room was very clean.
