rockin' stay, yeah!
central location clean rooms
i was totally blown away by the central location! it made getting around super easy. the staff was awesome , very accommodating and kept everything sparkling clean. i'll definitely be back!
the shower gel pots were tiny , especially considering how much the rooms cost. i really think they could improve that.

the hotel sits in a prime spot , mere steps from mathew street , which is the vibrant heart of the city. this ideal location provides easy access to numerous attractions and the city's lively nightlife.

the classic double room had super space and included some fabulous photos and film footage related to the beatles. it was so much fun to see all this media related to the band , and the bed was so comfy to sleep in.

electronic controls superb location easy transfers
my room had modern electronic controls for heat and light (i got the hang of them eventually!). the location is superb with many restaurants on the doorstep. i found it a short walk to the bus station for easy airport transfers.
the breakfast was a bit underwhelming but then hotel breakfasts aren't always the best.

worn carpet rusty fixture
the staff was helpful. the location was great for moving around.
my room wasn't great. the carpet seemed really old and worn. the bathroom fixtures looked rusty and the shower head sprayed water all over the place making it hard to shower without water escaping.

The restaurant was clean and bright with reasonable space between tables
The bathroom lighting was insufficient i found it difficult to do my makeup there. There were no plug sockets near the mirror so styling hair was challenging. Breakfast was not well organized with missing cups and a shortage of salt and pepper mills

central location attentive staff beatles memorabilia faulty extractor peeling wallpaper missing shower
the location was central. the staff was attentive and the breakfast set me up well for the day. i loved all the beatles memorabilia within the hotel, it.
The room i stayed in needed some attention. the bathroom extractor was not working, and a smaller shower head was missing. i noticed some peeling wallpaper. The paint needed refreshing too.
