the staff was helpful. the location was great for moving around.

my room wasn't great. the carpet seemed really old and worn. the bathroom fixtures looked rusty and the shower head sprayed water all over the place making it hard to shower without water escaping.

The bathroom lighting was insufficient i found it difficult to do my makeup there. There were no plug sockets near the mirror so styling hair was challenging. Breakfast was not well organized with missing cups and a shortage of salt and pepper mills

the location was central. the staff was attentive and the breakfast set me up well for the day. i loved all the beatles memorabilia within the hotel, it.

The room i stayed in needed some attention. the bathroom extractor was not working, and a smaller shower head was missing. i noticed some peeling wallpaper. The paint needed refreshing too.
