The location was convenient , and I appreciated the upgraded room with the city view. The lobby had a LOVELY smell and the receptionist was polite.

The wifi service was poor , and the TV signal was intermittent. The door key deactivated several times , which was inconvenient.

The location was acceptable.

The air conditioning in my room wasn't working and I had paid extra for an upgraded room, so I switched rooms though the replacement room still had issues. The beautiful bed was two single mattresses pushed together. I really expected better.

The pool was LOVELY. Breakfast offered plenty of choice. The location is great because it is close to the big shopping area and lots of restaurants (WOW!).

The room had no extra pillows. The mattress wasn't the best. There was no access to the coffee machines in the lobby, which i found disappointing.

i found the ao arena very accessible from this location. the pool and steam room were nice amenities. the staff members were friendly .

The room could have been cleaner. I saw some dust and marks in the bathroom. this impacted my overall impression of the room.

The location was acceptable, I guess, it's near the arena.

The air conditioning did not work. They switched my room, but the beautiful bed actually consisted of two single mattresses pushed together! a massage therapist coughed while massaging me, not what I'd expect from a four-star hotel.
