location was acceptable. it was near the arena.

the room was dusty. shower dispensers were empty on arrival, i had to ask twice to have them refilled. some staff in reception were unfriendly.

The location was acceptable, I guess, it's near the arena.

The air conditioning did not work. They switched my room, but the beautiful bed actually consisted of two single mattresses pushed together! a massage therapist coughed while massaging me, not what I'd expect from a four-star hotel.
