i found the staff unfailingly professional. the spa facilities are modern and i liked the food. the park lands are beautiful and the equestrian center provides a great bonus.

the breakfast missed the brown bread request. avocado bread came and it forgot the chorizo. it also missed a fork. the napkin remained on the floor for five minutes.

The staff was polite and helpful. our manor room was bigger than expected and clean. i especially liked the four poster bed.. it was very comfortable. breakfast was also enjoyable. The poached eggs were cooked perfectly, and the full english was delicious.

the bath in my room did not hold water, it emptied within 15 minutes, disappointing. the setting of the outdoor area could use investment. my margherita cocktail wasn't very good, either.
