modern facilities beautiful park
i found the staff unfailingly professional. the spa facilities are modern and i liked the food. the park lands are beautiful and the equestrian center provides a great bonus.
the breakfast missed the brown bread request. avocado bread came and it forgot the chorizo. it also missed a fork. the napkin remained on the floor for five minutes.

attentive staff approachable manager thoughtful amenities modern spa
I found the staff attentive and friendly throughout my stay. The general manager was visible and approachable, ready to address any questions. The hotel offered amenities for my pet, including treats and a toy, a thoughtful touch. I also enjoyed the spa, finding it spacious, clean, and modern.
The room service menu was limited. I wished for more options given the hotel's calibre.

helpful staff manor room delicious breakfast
The staff was polite and helpful. our manor room was bigger than expected and clean. i especially liked the four poster bed.. it was very comfortable. breakfast was also enjoyable. The poached eggs were cooked perfectly, and the full english was delicious.
the bath in my room did not hold water, it emptied within 15 minutes, disappointing. the setting of the outdoor area could use investment. my margherita cocktail wasn't very good, either.

the spa has an indoor pool and an outdoor pool plus an infra-red room. the hotel provides many activities suitable for children, including an outdoor park and a themed room. there are also equestrian stables available on site.

the reception staff was very efficient and cute. one staff member gave us helpful advice on sightseeing and parking. the breakfast staff was also fantastic and accommodating. the team seems attentive to guest needs.

the manor room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with underfloor heating. the bathroom included a bath and a separate shower. fig and vanilla toiletries. the bed was a comfortable four poster. complimentary items were a plus.

Fantastic Stay!!!
relaxing experience perfect room great tour huge asset
The grounds are really good. The room was PERFECT. Daniel gave us a tour of the grounds, a highlight of our trip. He is a HUGE asset to the hotel.
The tea and coffee in the room was similar to other hotels. It was standard.

The hotel enjoys a very good position. It sits immersed in the countryside, yet remains close to places one might want to visit. The location is indeed one of great charm and convenience.

The breakfasts were enjoyable. Poached eggs were done to perfection. My full English was DELICIOUS!!! The wine lists impressed us greatly, with a wide selection for every taste.

Staff members were polite and helpful. The reception, spa and pool staff were consistently warm and professional. One staff member offered excellent advice on parking and local attractions.

The spa facilities are very nice. They feature a spacious, clean, modern design. I loved the 20-metre indoor pool. There are indoor and outdoor hydrotherapy pools. a Japanese salt room.

admirable stay
warmest welcome friendly staff efficient service great food
i enjoyed a warmest welcomes from staff. neil assisted with my bags and offered information. i took a walk the grounds and admired the classic english country hotel. i used room service one evening and the service felt efficient and the food tasted great.
during my stay, i noted some worn chairs in the lounges. the spa needs some fresh water in the ladies changing room. it is a minor issue but worth noting.
