lukewarm food rude staff
The breakfast was a significant letdown. The hot station presented food lukewarm at best. food was not covered, thus attracting flies! it is unacceptable. also, the reception staff seemed uninterested in addressing concerns and one male receptionist actually laughed when i raised a complaint. Such behaviour is unprofessional.

Really good stay in a vibrant locale!
helpful staff well kept room convenient location live band
I found the staff helpful . The room was well kept and clean. I liked the convenient location that allowed me to easily explore nearby restaurants. And the outdoor seating was perfect for watching people. I also loved live band music in the evening
I noticed the breakfast choice could be expanded to provide a greater variety.

The room was adequately furnished with comfortable beds and daily towel changes were appreciated, but pillows were a bit soft. Air conditioning and a small refrigerator were convenient additions.

A lift was available, helpful. The hotel also offered luggage storage before check-in! and after check-out. Reception staff offered useful information, and they were very friendly.

great location daily towel helpful staff old furnishing tired carpet limited option
the location is great many restaurants are nearby. towels were changed each day i found that useful. staff members were helpful providing assistance when needed.
the room furnishings seemed old and tired. i noticed the carpets look like they need replacement. breakfast had limited options for those needing gluten-free choices.

cold food rude staff
The breakfast area had cold food. It was also uncovered, so flies landed on everything. I think this is unacceptable. Air conditioning was also missing in the room. I also found the staff to be rude and unprofessional.
