lukewarm foodrude staff
The breakfast was a significant letdown. The hot station presented food lukewarm at best. food was not covered, thus attracting flies! it is unacceptable. also, the reception staff seemed uninterested in addressing concerns and one male receptionist actually laughed when i raised a complaint. Such behaviour is unprofessional.

I found the staff helpful . The room was well kept and clean. I liked the convenient location that allowed me to easily explore nearby restaurants. And the outdoor seating was perfect for watching people. I also loved live band music in the evening
I noticed the breakfast choice could be expanded to provide a greater variety.

the location is great many restaurants are nearby. towels were changed each day i found that useful. staff members were helpful providing assistance when needed.
the room furnishings seemed old and tired. i noticed the carpets look like they need replacement. breakfast had limited options for those needing gluten-free choices.

I found the staff quite helpful! they were polite, also the location is great with many things nearby. The breakfast offered a good selection of items. I found something new each morning. The bed was particularly comfortable.
The soundproofing could be improved, as I could hear some street noise at night! though it was not excessively loud, it was still noticeable.

The staff were responsive to requests. They promptly addressed an issue with the room. Front desk assistance was available 24/7, ensuring support at any hour, I appreciate it. Staff were very pleasant.

The room had modern amenities, including a flat-screen television with international channels. There were ample storage spaces for luggage and clothing, it helps a lot. The bathroom was clean and well kept, I appreciated the fresh towels.

cold foodrude staff
The breakfast area had cold food. It was also uncovered, so flies landed on everything. I think this is unacceptable. Air conditioning was also missing in the room. I also found the staff to be rude and unprofessional.
