The room included A king size bed. Breakfast included multiple choices and good coffee. I appreciated parking being free . It helped me to be able to leave my car while i took my trip.

really good service friendly staff helpful staff
sharon and chloe at reception gave Really good service. they really went out of their way to help me and welcome me to the hotel. the friendly staff led me to book again. I must admit though, the only downside is no elevator so i recommend not bringing heavy bags.
for ME, a solo female traveler, i wasn't too fond of the room being by a car park. this. i couldnt keep my windows open because they faced a car park.

the staff received packages for me, that i needed. the staff, especially annie, the manager, was very friendly. the location allowed easy access to the airport, so i didn't waste time. the shower had good pressure and temperature.
The room was a little dusty. I noticed it on some surfaces.

the hotel provided convenient luggage storage, useful for my early departure. they offered a wake-up service, assuring i didn't miss my flight. a taxi service was promptly arranged by the reception desk.

helpful staff comfortable bed easy parking
the staff were helpful with directions to local amenities i could easily walk to a nearby pub for dinner the bed was comfortable and the room had good blackout curtains. the shower had good water pressure and temperature control the room had a mini-fridge which was useful i found parking easy with ample spaces available.
the bathroom fan was a little noisy at night.

breakfast offered a decent range of options including both hot and cold items i saw fresh fruit pastries and cooked breakfast staples available the dining area was clean and well kept. it had plenty of seating.

a positive experience
mini fridge excellent rate friendly staff
I found the room very well-equipped it included extras like robes and a mini fridge i appreciated the on-site parking with its excellent rates the staff was courteous and friendly. for my early flight i requested a go bag. It was among the best i have had. i appreciated that the bar was also a facility on site
the shower pan seemed to fill up faster than it could drain the bathroom flooring looked a bit grubby and tired it was a minor issue but noticeable it would be good to see this addressed in future maintenance.
