Wonderful Hotel Experience

I found the staff attentive. The hotel was very clean and had touches of five star qualities . The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood, and there is a fantastic coffee shop across the street, offering convenience. It is also a short walk to Rossio Square.

The gym was quite small and lacked some amenities I expected from a hotel of this caliber.

Our junior suite was very nice. It even had a balcony! the thoughtful birthday decorations and a bottle of champagne. the hotel location is super convenient. It is just a short walk to the city center. i found many shops and supermarkets nearby. This made getting essentials simple.

The pillows felt quite old. I think an upgrade would greatly improve the comfort level .

The staff are really nice and cute! Its location has good restaurants and rooftop bars. I find the rooms comfy and clean and the balcony gave me a nice view. They gave rooms next door to each other to our group.

The gym felt small and there are no pool. I noticed consistent banging noise above my room, annoying. I felt the iron is poor as it doesn't iron clothes very well, but there is a steamer in the room.
