Wonderful Hotel Experience
attentive staff clean hotel convenient location
I found the staff attentive. The hotel was very clean and had touches of five star qualities . The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood, and there is a fantastic coffee shop across the street, offering convenience. It is also a short walk to Rossio Square.
The gym was quite small and lacked some amenities I expected from a hotel of this caliber.

The reception staff was quick and helpful with requests (i needed an adapter). They provided prompt service and demonstrated attention to detail, greatly appreciated. I found their assistance invaluable.

Breakfast featured a great selection with very good quality options and fresh pastries. The ground floor restaurant and bar demonstrated excellent service and provided a really enjoyable atmosphere. It was an ideal start to the day.

The room was spacious and very clean and included tea and coffee facilities. The bathroom contained both a bath and shower cubicle with good water pressure (the shower worked perfectly). I appreciated the quietness of the room.

The location is slightly out of the city center but still very walkable. I appreciated its proximity to the city center and the airport, about 25 minutes by car. It offered a quiet retreat while remaining conveniently close to key attractions.

The hotel offers free parking right in front, very convenient for me. The WIFI worked well and allowed for seamless connectivity throughout the premises. I used it to plan my tours.

Our junior suite was very nice. It even had a balcony! the thoughtful birthday decorations and a bottle of champagne. the hotel location is super convenient. It is just a short walk to the city center. i found many shops and supermarkets nearby. This made getting essentials simple.
The pillows felt quite old. I think an upgrade would greatly improve the comfort level .

The hotel's location was superb with luxury shops nearby. the reception staff offered friendly assistance at all times. my room included a cloths steamer. I found this so useful. breakfast offered a good selection of choices, i enjoyed it.
room service stopped taking orders half an hour before its advertised closing time

the hotel is centrally located and very close to many points of interest. you can find luxury stores such as gucci and lv on the next street. the area is calm, silent, and very safe. it is easy to reach many tourist attractions by walking.

There are two lifts available, i noticed. one was out of service. the gym has limited space. there is no pool available at this hotel. Such a shame.

Comfy and Clean
cute staff nice view
The staff are really nice and cute! Its location has good restaurants and rooftop bars. I find the rooms comfy and clean and the balcony gave me a nice view. They gave rooms next door to each other to our group.
The gym felt small and there are no pool. I noticed consistent banging noise above my room, annoying. I felt the iron is poor as it doesn't iron clothes very well, but there is a steamer in the room.

The bathroom includes a bath and shower cubicle. Tea and coffee facilities were provided. I found a well stocked mini bar. There is a cloths steamer for clothing maintenance. The rooms are very quiet, hearing no sound from inside or out.

I got Portuguese custard tarts and an individual bottle of port upon arrival. The reception staff are friendly and professional. The staff is super attentive with kids and they store luggage early in the morning until check-in. The breakfast service have room for improve.
