acceptable stay with a few ISSUES
the location was convienient to the benfica stadium I wanted to visit.
The room i received was starting to show its age. The bathroom needed work. I noticed Moisture damaged the cabinets and flooring outside the bathroom. a shower door could help contain water leaks.

unfriendly employee poor soundproofing
i was a little disappointed. the breakfast service was not great. the employee there was very unfriendly, not helpful, and seemed to have a bad attitude toward the guests. also, the soundproofing in the rooms is poor. i could clearly hear conversations from the neighboring rooms and even from above.

fantastic view great space nice pool
the two-bedroom apartment was great for my family. it had a fantastic view and great living space. i loved the communal spaces and the pool was nice.
the gym is tiny it only has some machines.

solid stay
clean apartment accessible metro helpful staff
the metro was easily accessible. the apartment was spacious and very clean. the staff assisted my needs with no problems.
the room temperature was centrally controlled and a bit too warm at night.

a supermarket is across the street from the hotel. the benfica stadium is a short walk. the alto dos moinhos tube station offers easy access to the city center.

the staff were lovely and helpful. they offered good advice . the reception is available 24 hours a day, i saw that.
