i found the staff responsive, always quick with requests and very helpful. the food court behind the building offered a wide variety of options. i enjoyed the unobstructed city views from my room it added to the experience.

the location wasn't ideal for all my activities i needed taxis more often than i liked.

The gym contained several treadmills plus stationary bikes. There was plenty of equipment for a decent workout. the hotel is also close to bus and metro, which allows to move around the city. a good choice of restaurants is available.

the superior double room included separate sinks also a rainfall shower provided modern comfort. blackout curtains effectively blocked outside light. i appreciate the modern decor style, it was a nice touch.

the reception staff handled requests efficiently they were always polite plus ready to help. i found the room service prompt and reliable. they were attentive to all my needs.

The gym had a sufficient selection of equipment for a basic workout.

The advertised soundproofing was a joke. It seems ironic for a place so high up to have such thin walls. Plus, the room service menu prices were completely absurd. They wanted almost 40 EUR for a club sandwich. Really?

This hotel offered excellent facilities and it was very clean. The location was convenient to the airport and also near a wonderful complex of restaurants. I especially appreciated Roberta at the front desk. She was helpful during a power outage and assisted with transportation to the airport. Her customer service skills are really good I must say.

I noticed that the air conditioning in the rooms wasn't very effective. Even with warm temperatures outside, the air conditioning struggled to cool the room adequately, a bit uncomfortable.

The breakfast included many varied items. Everything was lovely and the staff were attentive. There is a cute shopping dining center located behind the building with restaurants offering different cuisine options available.

The room was spacious, and the bed was comfortable. Blackout shades really helped to block the light. I found the tub in the room to be a great feature. The shower was excellent also.
