i found my double room were very clean. the location were convenient to get to several attractions. the breakfast had many options and the staff kept things stocked. i also liked that they allowed me to store my luggage after i checked out. a 24/7 front desk made arrival easy because my flight arrived late.
the guest access to the floor rooms does not seem limited, and i think security should be improved.

the hotel location is near alonso martinez metro. there are several restaurants within a short walk, including mama uma which offer korean food, and lamucca de almagro that serves bowleja.

the hotel provide suitable toiletries, but i suggest they provide separate toothpaste. the hotel rooms include spacious areas, and the beds are large and comfortable. i think the hotel is secure and private.

the hotel offers a good continental buffet for breakfast each morning. i saw great prices for the value of food, and there are places to chill in the seated area of the restaurant. the food on a whole were amazing.

the double room was super clean, neat and spacious. the hotel rooms has wooden floors which were nice and there are adequate bathroom supplies. the mini bar were well stocked and restocked daily when used.

the front desk staff were very friendly. the hotel had a great little lobby to gather in. it was very easy to get to from the airport. there are three metro stations within a block.

the room was clean. i liked that the metro station was close. the front desk operated 24/7 and that was convenient for my late arrival.
The sound proofing was poor. i could hear conversations from other rooms. there was no kettle in the room. I found that surprising for a 4-star hotel.

I found my room very clean. The Double Room included excellent bathroom facilities. The location is great and very close to many shops and restaurants. The staff always appear helpful and kind, it.
