the hotel provided a cozy king room, that was perfect for relaxation. i found the complimentary toiletries to be a nice touch, with a good selection available. the staff was helpful when i needed water with ice brought to my room. prosecco on ice was a welcome gesture to celebrate a special occasion.
the room, though clean, did have thin walls i noticed.

The staff showed so much kindness. Their smiles really warmed my heart. breakfast had a great selection, i enjoyed the fresh pastries, and the presentation. i also appreciated the hotel's central location. It made exploring the surroundings effortless.
the wi-fi signal in my room was sometimes weak! this.

The room was HUGE and comfortable. A GREAT size. The bathroom was also a good size, I found that very useful. Breakfast was excellent, I enjoyed the buffet and all its options.
The hotel bar seat had spills. I saw it needed some repair work.

The hotel is in a very central location. This made exploring easy! It's super close to everything, which i appreciated. The train station is also nearby.

The hotel was busy due to an event, but i had no issues. There is a bar right inside the hotel, this made it easy to relax in the evening. A restaurant is also present.

My double room was spacious, and it was very clean too. A hairdryer was available, and i liked the fan inside the wardrobe. Tea and coffee were thoughtfully provided .

Breakfast was excellent. The buffet layout was very well organised. Traffic flow was less intrusive because the buffet section was separate. There was plenty of choice. The staff replenished items often.

The staff were very friendly. They were also helpful, which i really appreciated. Beth from Brisbane was especially accommodating and hardworking, nothing was too much for her to do.

The location was central. Breakfast included many choices. The staff were attentive. Parking was conveniently available on site.
The lounge could use a little improvement. The lighting was too bright for a relaxing atmosphere. A dimmer switch would really make a difference.
