spacious room walk in shower central location limited breakfast slow service unsupportive housekeeping
the room was spacious. it featured a walk in shower in a modern bathroom. the location was central. i liked the proximity to everything.
the breakfast options seemed very limited. the service was slow. i found the staff weren't always courteous. disposable items were provided when i asked for plates and cutlery.

Fantastic stay! Definitely coming back
excellent service club lounge amazing stay
The excellent service and attention I got from the staff REALLY made a difference, especially from Dayang, the receptionist in the club lounge. Anthony, Nicole, Santayana, and Syafiq also deserve HUGE thanks.
I had a small hiccup. I noticed ants in my room . I told the reception, and while they acknowledged it, there was no follow-up at ALL.

The breakfast offers fresh, continental options that are filling. There are fresh fruits and several styles, like a buffet with pastries. It ALL looks very appealing and delicious in the mornings, setting you up for the day.

The hotel boasts a gym equipped with five machines. It also has a tv for entertainment, and the remote control worked effectively. The hotel offers great spaces for any need, from leisure to work.

The location is EXCELLENT, very close to MRT stations. A bus stop is right outside with lots of bus routes stopping there! Orchard Road, Clark Quay, and Bugis are within easy walking distance, which really helped me explore.

good location large shower old furniture ants at the desk
the location it have is good with bus and train access just outside. it's a easy walk to many areas. the shower was large also.
the hotel facilities is old and the furnitures feels aged. i found ants at the desk before i even put my laptop there.

decent stay.
gym equipment convenient location early check-in tired decor carpet hole early closure
THE gym had adequate equipment, a REALLY nice addition. I found the location great with MRT access nearby. Early check-in was possible and the concierge was very nice.
SOME decor looks tired and needs updates. I noticed holes in the carpets! and mold in the shower. The club lounge closes too early at 8pm. This was not convenient for late dinners.

club lounge late checkout mrt stations slow check-in faulty iron breakfast venue
The club lounge was GREAT. Extra drinks and snacks were such a treat! i also LOVED the late checkout. It worked perfectly with my evening flight. i really appreciated how close the hotel was to the MRT stations. it made getting around SO easy!
the check-in process WAS SLOW. i was like i was passed around before it was done. the hotel iron left brown marks on my pants. i will ALWAYS use a pillowcase to protect my clothes now. the breakfast venue was disappointing. the experience could improve.

convenient location necessary amenity comfortable bed old hotel small room worn furniture
the location is convenient near the metro station. the room had all necessary amenities. the bed was comfortable for sleeping.
the hotel seems a bit old. the room size was smaller than expected based on the pictures. some furniture looked worn , made the room look not very clean.
