The location was perfect for an early train departure. the staff provided assistance with luggage storage. It was very helpful. the bathroom was spacious and very clean.
The a/c did not work. i advised reception. They did not inspect the room. the hotel did not meet brand standards unfortunately.

The breakfast opening times were long. I could not miss it! breakfast boxes are available when ordered in advance if i leave before breakfast is served. the location was excellent, next to the train station. I found it very convenient.
I found that i was unable to open the window. The room was very warm even with the temperature off.

The hotel is next to the railway station and many places to eat. The room was large and I found complimentary drinks in the fridge. It was really a comfortable stay (I would come back!).

faulty air conditioningunfriendly staff
i was really hoping for better. the air conditioning didn't work right. it just blew hot air. they gave me a fan. also, some night staff wasnt nice, not when i speaked english. it made things hard.
