the room was very quiet it had great toiletries. communal areas like the bar seemed cute. the gym had a good range of equipment.

The location was excellent. It was a short walk to the centre. our room was quiet and had a good-sized bathroom. the pool, sauna and steam room were amazing. we enjoyed a nice dinner at the restaurant one evening.
The staff seemed a little distant. i did not receive a bill in paper or email.

The staff was so friendly! the room was super clean and quite modern. i had a restful sleep in the king-size bed and the plush bedding was really good. i really enjoyed the convenient on-site parking. It made coming and going super easy.
the tea and coffee station in the room felt a bit limited. i would have liked a larger selection of options.

i found the staff to be very helpful and polite . the added bonus of a pool table in the bar was a nice touch (though i'm not a great player!).
the tv in the lounge did not work, and a maintenance person could not fix it. there was no follow-up or apology from reception, disappointing.
