charming stay

kind reception clean room great sandwiches easy finding
the reception staff greeted us kindly, and our room was prepared. we found our room easily and i noticed it was nice and clean. we had sandwiches for lunch, and they tasted great.
the secondary glazing in my room did not fit well, so it let in a lot of noise and i found i couldn't shut the outer fanlight properly. it is a shame because it could be easily fixed.

i thought the breakfast had a huge variety of choices to suit everyone's palate and dietary requirements, which i found to be very helpful. both my evening meal and breakfast tasted delicious and there was a wide range to choose from for both meals. food at the pub and restaurant was available at reasonable prices.

historic charm and amazing service

warm staff immaculate room comfortable bed
the staff was warm and cute. they took care of everything immediately and i appreciate it so much. the rooms were immaculate, and the shower had perfect pressure and temperature. the bed was comfortable, and i did not want to leave.
i found that parking was unavailable upon my arrival. i had to park in a side street and carry my bags to the hotel. i hope that parking issues are resolved for future visits.

The staff members were indeed very helpful and pleasant. I want to commend their service! I appreciated the food, especially the varied breakfast selection. The room was very clean. Crisp white linens were also included. The shower offered strong water pressure. That was quite refreshing.
The historic building needs a bit of maintenance. Misplace punctuation, like we loved the hotel!

The room was clean. Breakfast had an excellent choice. Staff were excellent and helpful. I found great value and location worked fine.
The room was average size. TV aerial signal was poor. Water pressure was disappointing. The bathroom looked tired and needed descaling.
