cold room no dinner
The location was fantastic. The room was also great.
The room was quite cold upon arrival. No heating was on. I learned just before arriving that there was no dinner available. I booked this place because it had a restaurant with good reviews. I would not have booked if I had known.

spacious room helpful staff fire door expensive price
the room was spacious. the staff was cute and helpful, too. i enjoyed that. i found the location perfect for the harbour.
the fire door made a banging noise all night. it cost a bit much at 200 pounds for one night. that wasn't so good.

convenient location good breakfast modern bathroom small room pub noise distant parking
the location was really convenient for catching the ferry. the breakfast offered a good start to my day. my room included a modern bathroom, i found it spacious and very clean.
The room i stayed in was above the pub. it was small. It hardly fit my suitcase. parking was not available at the hotel, i had to carry my bags a distance.

friendly staff clean room convenient location
The staff were very friendly. I felt welcome. my room was clean. the location was convenient because of its proximity to the ferry terminal. i would stay here again.
My room was right above the pub and near the pub toilets. It was a little noisy. the stairs to my room were narrow.

This hotel is located close to the ferry terminal and bus station. It is convenient. i appreciated that the hotel was an easy walk from transit connections. i did not need a car.

The hotel restaurant was very good. Reservations are recommended. i had a lovely evening meal and breakfast there. the staff in the restaurant was attentive though it was busy.

the hotel offers a cozy bar with a happy atmosphere and a wide selection of drinks. the building has been renovated, yet it still maintains its historic charm. stairs provide access to upper floors.
