great seagate room
ensuite bath quay view pub food
i stayed in the seagate room. i found the room with ensuite bath to be large and very clean. it had a good view of the quay. the food in the pub was on par with the nice accommodations above.
i found the mattress to be very soft and creaky. it was not really comfortable. i also noticed that if you want a cooked breakfast, it is only available late.

i ate dinner there both nights, and both nights the food and service were excellent. the restaurant is charming and has character. the hearty food is perfect after a day of exploring.

the room was spacious, fresh and very clean. it had additional facilities of tea, coffee, hot chocolate and biscuits. the bathroom was perfect and included both a bath and a shower, which i appreciated.

the location is right next to the sea. i could see the sea from the window in my room. there is possibility of parking in the back, next to the external stairs to access the rooms on the first floor.

The staff was helpful. They made sure I had everything I needed. The room had tea, coffee, hot chocolate, and biscuits (so thoughtful!). I really appreciated the large, comfortable bed.
Breakfast was scheduled relatively late. I needed to depart before breakfast service began.
