I found the rooms were cleaned to a high standard. The reception always gave a lovely welcome. The welcome letter was nice too.

The tea and coffee facility in the room needs replenishment. There is no aircon. You hear all the M62 traffic when you open your window.

The Nags Head is next door. It provided very excellent meals for dinner. It is convenient, I liked that. The pub side was very nice.

Staff are very friendly and always ready to help. Rooms are very clean and have lots of room. I will book this hotel again for sure.

My room was a little noisy because of the a/c at the pub. the breakfast was take away bun and coffee, and not really good value.

the room offered ample space and cleanliness. the en suite was also spacious and clean. i found both the bath and shower super clean. the shower pressure was excellent. i found the bed and pillows comfortable and the tv was a decent size.

the breakfast was a takeaway, this was not explained well. it was a brown bag and hot sandwich available, including machine coffee, juice carton and cold croissant.

A Stay with Issues

I noticed some mould on the bathtub. I think a mould cleaner is needed. The carpets looked quite dirty. The fire alarm went off very loudly at 3:30 AM. It really disrupted our sleep.
