cleanliness issues several cobwebs
The breakfast had many options. Great coffee was available.
My room had issues with cleanliness, I saw several cobwebs. I found a spider in the corner. The staff did not replace my tea as they should have.

Really good Stay with Great Amenities

I found the two swimming pools fine. The gym operates around 23-24 degrees. Rooms on the 3rd and 4th floor gave wonderful views over the resort and the Atlas Mountains. The staff was helpful throughout my stay.
I found that some of the lower floors had dense trees in front that could be improved with trimming.

Two swimming pools are available . A gym operates with a consistent temperature. Taxis to the city center are easily accessible and reasonably priced. Reception readily arranged these trips.

Rooms on higher floors provide nice views. Rooms on lower floors have trees in front. Rooms are generally clean and well-kept, and they was comfortable.

The breakfast offered great coffee, fruit, pastries, and hot food. I found the staff to be attentive and helpful during breakfast service. The local cuisine was delicious!!!

decent stay with noticeable shortcomings
outdated furniture arbitrary prices
Our room wasn't particularly excellent given the price. the furniture seemed a bit tired. i was expecting more attention to detail for what i paid. also, getting a taxi through the hotel felt arbitrary. The prices fluctuated wildly. this made it difficult to budget and felt a little unfair. the whole experience was just ok, not really good.

outdated furniture housekeeping issues
The room was clean. Though. I noticed dusty, outdated furniture. for the price, i expected better upkeep. also, i had issues with housekeeping not consistently replacing face towels. it was annoying to repeatedly request basic amenities.
