i enjoyed my stay. the reception staff were helpful when i needed guidance. the hotel features art deco style. the rooms are very comfortable, and the bed was amazing. the city view was lovely. the steak i had was very tasty. colline, our wait staff, was very pleasant and friendly.
the sound isolation isnt the best. noise from the street was noticeable, even with closed windows.

The hotel location was excellent. It was a short walk to the train station! the staff was very cute and helpful. my room had many charging outlets, that was very handy. i appreciated the sauna and fitness rooms being open for long hours.
the hotel didn't have disposable slippers, which i usually like.

The bed were very comfy. The hotel has a microwave and a refillable water station. The New Year decor were very pretty, and the staffs were greats. I also liked that the front desk staff speaks english well.
I got robbed right in front this hotel. The hotel are located in an unsafe area. Hotel staffs tries to hide this informations. I will advise americans visitors to be very careful.

Comfortable Brussels Stay

I appreciated the chilled, carbonated water station available on each floor. Glass bottles in the room allowed for convenient refills. The location is great. It is easy to reach via metro from the airport. Grand-Place is within walking distance, the hotel is right next to a metro station.
I found that the basic rooms lack windows that open to the outside. It felt a little dark, even during the day.

The staff ensured a cute atmosphere. Their attentiveness was very helpful, especially upon arrival, and they addressed all my inquiries promptly. I found the team's dedication to guest satisfaction to be really amazing.

the room was clean enough, but the walls? so thin. i heard everything. someone coughed all night. it really disturbed my sleep. there weren't any disposable slippers either. the room felt bare, actually.
