Acceptable stay with a major hiccup

friendly staff memberno hot water
The staff member was very friendly, and this was acceptable.
The shower had no hot water and I found that all showers were not working due to a leak, but nobody informed me. I think, the hotel should have informed me about the shower situation in the evening.
