i stayed in a dog friendly room. the room was spacious with a direct exit. this made it easy to go for a walk. the hotel has a great location in the town. it has a super busy pub with a great selection of wines.

the room i was given had a very noisy kitchen extractor fan. it was immediately outside of the window. the fan started early in the morning. this was very noisy so i raised this with staff.

the room was clean and also warm (a nice welcome after a long drive). the evening meal in the restaurant was excellent. I found the staff very friendly there.

there were no yogurt options available at breakfast.

The staff were very friendly. They worked hard and were helpful (always with a smile!). The food in the restaurant was delicious. There was also free on site parking, which I found convenient.

My room was located next to the kitchen and there was some noise including banging.

the location was great , and all the staff were very nice. i will be stopping again. the team.

the room i had had a very noisy commercial kitchen extractor fan immediately outside of the window. the fan stopped at 2130 but restarted at 0645 the next morning.

The staff member was very friendly, and this was acceptable.

The shower had no hot water and I found that all showers were not working due to a leak, but nobody informed me. I think, the hotel should have informed me about the shower situation in the evening.
