the staff allowed me to drop my bags off early that was very convenient. i enjoyed a really good breakfast the next morning. the location worked well for my plans it had several tube stations nearby.
my room was quite small i've definitely paid less for larger rooms elsewhere.

this was our hotel for two years, and we plan to return. breakfast was plentiful and delicious. the staff, especially michelle, provided kind and helpful service. the ground floor pub offers excellent, generous food.
the music from the pub was audible on the first floor, continuing until around 11 pm. this was only a minor annoyance.
