the location is perfect, just a short walk to many key spots! public transport is super accessible from here. the rooftop terrace provided amazing views, a real highlight. i really appreciated the friendly and helpful staff.
The elevators were a bit small. Though manageable, it felt a little cramped at times.

The location is convenient, near the Karaköy tram station, which connects to many sightseeing spots. I found a beautiful park just behind the hotel where I enjoyed a walk on the bridge with very nice views. The rooftop restaurant had a fine view, both at night and in the morning (I loved it!). I found the room service prompt and efficient.
The elevators are quite small. Sometimes, waiting for a larger one would have been nice.

The staff are really kind and helpful. They offered us Turkish tea while we waited for our room to get ready, a lovely gesture. Breakfast offered a splendid spread of sweet and savory dishes. The views from the room window were also great.
The windows didn't close properly in my room. Outside noise and cold air came inside easily, bothersome. The room was always COLD.

the staff proved efficient and helpful. the restaurant atop the building presented amazing vistas. i only tasted the soup , but it was delicious. i also found the location quite convenient with easy access to nearby attractions.
