fantastic stay
helpful staffreally good servicetidy place
the staff was helpful. samih and erdogan stood out. they provided really good service and were always available. the place was very clean, tidy and precise. i felt genuinely cared for . i am thankful for their excellent commitment
i found the design of the room a bit unappealing.

the hotel is very close to the tram station fındıkzade. this provides easy access to sultanahmet. the grand bazaar and galata bridge are easily accessible. carrefour express is also conveniently located.

the hotel is right opposite a tram station. this station makes travelling around the city very convenient. the rooftop view from the veranda outside the room was a real bonus. it was picturesque.

The location is very convenient as a tram stop is right outside. Breakfast offered varied options each day, which i found great. The housekeeper, Ms. Şerife, maintained my room impeccably throughout my stay. She ensured everything was super clean and well-organized each day (i appreciated that).
The ventilation in the room was not ideal. There was almost no fresh air, and opening the window introduced significant road noise. This made resting a bit difficult.

The rooftop veranda outside my room had a bonus. I enjoyed the rooftop view. The hotel is conveniently located right opposite a tram station. This made traveling around the area simple.
The room design was not to my liking. The bathroom door was glass with no lock. I found this very uncomfortable. I didn't enjoy my time in the room.

The breakfast buffet offered a good variety. I liked the fresh fruit selection. my executive room had a comfortable king bed. the housekeeping service was diligent. The room was always super clean.
