Wonderful stay, grateful for the service
convenient location big room friendly service
The hotel is in a very convenient location. The room was big and quiet with good soundproofing. The air conditioning worked well and kept the temperature comfortable. I especially appreciated the friendly service from suat and talha.
The breakfast variety could be improved. It was a bit limited for a longer stay.

The staff was friendly and helpful. They addressed my questions quickly. Housekeeping maintained the room very well. It was always clean when i returned. I am thankful for the assistance i received.

My room had a comfortable bed and included two TVs. The bathroom was big and equipped with many free items. I enjoyed the quiet atmosphere in the room. It was great for resting after a busy day.

excellent service clean room helpful staff
The staff provided excellent service. I liked serife, the housekeeper. She kept our superior room very clean. the tram stop is directly in front. the included breakfast was good and convenient before sightseeing. i appreciated the helpfulness of the reception staff when arranging transportation.
the temperature controls in the room were difficult to manage! it was sometimes too warm, even with adjustments.

The hotel features convenient transportation options because the tram station is located directly outside, so accessing popular tourist destinations is quite simple. breakfast offers a reasonable selection, though i did not eat it daily. also, there is a carrefour store close by. This is useful for buying snacks and essentials.

our superior room included comfortable beds and fresh towels daily. the room was always very clean because of serife's attention to detail. there were also basic amenities such as a mini-fridge and coffee making facilities.

helpful staff really good service tidy place
the staff was helpful. samih and erdogan stood out. they provided really good service and were always available. the place was very clean, tidy and precise. i felt genuinely cared for . i am thankful for their excellent commitment
i found the design of the room a bit unappealing.

Really good Stay
tram stop varied breakfast perfect room organized room
The location is very convenient as a tram stop is right outside. Breakfast offered varied options each day, which i found great. The housekeeper, Ms. Şerife, maintained my room impeccably throughout my stay. She ensured everything was super clean and well-organized each day (i appreciated that).
The ventilation in the room was not ideal. There was almost no fresh air, and opening the window introduced significant road noise. This made resting a bit difficult.

convenient location tram station rooftop view room design glass door no lock
The rooftop veranda outside my room had a bonus. I enjoyed the rooftop view. The hotel is conveniently located right opposite a tram station. This made traveling around the area simple.
The room design was not to my liking. The bathroom door was glass with no lock. I found this very uncomfortable. I didn't enjoy my time in the room.

The breakfast buffet offered a good variety. I liked the fresh fruit selection. my executive room had a comfortable king bed. the housekeeping service was diligent. The room was always super clean.
