Excellent Location, Friendly Staff
superb location great terrace friendly staff ottoman style
The hotel's location is superb, a short walk from key attractions. The breakfast offered many choices and a great terrace view. I especially appreciated the friendly staff, always available. My room was clean, comfortable, and decorated in Ottoman style.
The corridors are quite narrow.

Breakfast had many options, vegetables, fruits, eggs, and sweets, everything you need to start a good day. The terrace offers a amazing view with an amazing panorama. The food was AMAZING!!!

The hotel offers transfer service to the airport with a spacious bus. The fitness room contains modern equipment. The hotel is central so it makes it easy to reach shops, restaurants, and attractions. It's quiet, which I really appreciated.

excellent hotel in a prime location
prime location breakfast buffet panoramic view airport shuttle
The location was great. Many key attractions were easily accessible by foot. the breakfast buffet offered a good variety of choices. i found the rooftop terrace offered panoramic city views. i also noted the availability of an airport shuttle service. This made my arrival smoother.
I noticed slight wear on some of the bathroom fixtures. It wasn't a major issue but worth noting

the staff members were very responsive to requests. they quickly addressed my inquiries and provided useful information. there was assistance available at the front desk around the clock.

The front office staff was unmotivated, REALLY, and unfriendly when I checked in. This person only cared about selling company-sponsored products. I asked for an umbrella during the rain, but they refused, saying guests break them. It was the WORST customer service I have encountered.

A View to Remember
superb balcony attentive staff central location
My room featured a superb balcony overlooking the famous Blue Mosque. The staff were very attentive (i was really touched by their kindness) and helpful . Its central location allowed easy access to all major attractions. I could easily walk to historical sites.
The bathroom amenities were minimal. More shower gel would have been useful.

friendly staff clean room available gym unpleasant smell no air conditioning smaller room
I found the staff very friendly and accommodating. the rooms were clean too. there was also a gym downstairs. I liked it.
The original room had a strong unpleasant smell. there was no air conditioning, so it was uncomfortable. we were moved to a smaller room later. It didn't really meet our needs.
