central location helpful staff well-kept room
the location is unbeatable , just a short walk to major attractions like the hagia sophia. my room, a superior double or twin room , was well-kept. the staff were helpful in arranging transportation and providing local tips.

fantastic location clean room friendly staff lovely atmosphere
the location was fantastic as i could easily walk to many attractions. my room was clean and well-kept and the staff acted friendly . i also really enjoyed the lovely atmosphere at the nearby restaurant .
the hairdryer in the room was a bit underpowered, so i chose not to use it.

the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of turkish and international dishes. fresh fruits, pastries, cheeses and traditional turkish tea are available. the dining area also has a view of the city.

the rooms have contemporary design and touches of turkish elegance. free wi-fi and flat-screen tvs are available. the bedding felt luxurious and really helped with the quality of my sleep.

the hotel is near the sultanahmet district, close to many landmarks. the hagia sophia, blue mosque and topkapi palace are all within walking distance. it is an ideal spot for exploring historical and cultural areas.

guests are able to enjoy the hotel's terrace with panoramic city views. i found the views particularly beautiful during the sunrise and sunset. the terrace provided a peaceful retreat.

Mixed feelings about this stay
limited variety no soundproof
The room was NOT soundproof. I could hear EVERYTHING from the adjacent room, difficult to relax. the breakfast options were rather limited. There wasn't much variety and some items ran out quickly and were not replenished, I noticed.

mixed feelings about this hotel
thin walls slow room service
i found the soundproofing to be really bad the walls felt thin i could hear everything from the next room this made it hard to relax or sleep properly. the room service also disappointed me it took a long time to arrive and the food wasn't very hot when it finally got there. the menu could really use some more options too
