limited varietyno soundproof
The room was NOT soundproof. I could hear EVERYTHING from the adjacent room, difficult to relax. the breakfast options were rather limited. There wasn't much variety and some items ran out quickly and were not replenished, I noticed.

thin wallsslow room service
i found the soundproofing to be really bad the walls felt thin i could hear everything from the next room this made it hard to relax or sleep properly. the room service also disappointed me it took a long time to arrive and the food wasn't very hot when it finally got there. the menu could really use some more options too

This accommodation has a location near a public transport station. It is a five minute walk. The neighborhood felt safe. The staff assisted with transport and gave recommendations. I visited a recommended restaurant, Massa Bistro, almost every day for dinner.

The hotel rooms are cleaned daily. The beds were comfortable. The hotel ensures the cleanliness of the entire premises for a pleasant stay.
