the location was near many known places and easily accessible.
the soundproofing was poor i could hear everything from the street outside and from other rooms the windows seemed thin. during my stay there was loud music from a nearby bar late into the night it was quite disruptive. the bathroom was particularly small it was difficult to move around comfortably.

The hotel boasts an amazing location near Galataport. Rooms are well-equipped and clean. The reception staff, Erisa and Avno, were very kind and helpful. I really enjoyed their amazing service!
My room lacked soundproofing, I could hear a lot of street noise. The curtains did not block the sunlight well. The air conditioning blew directly onto the bed, and the pillows were uncomfortable. I also disliked them pushing for a high rating.

The Karakoy location was lovely. It allowed easy access to many tourist spots. The staff were friendly, offering suggestions for nearby cafes. Our room included a minibar stocked with complimentary beverages. Breakfast featured a good selection of pastries and fresh fruit.
The bathroom was a bit small, yet it was quite functional.
