the location were great as it was close to cafes and restaurants. the staff were very helpful, particularly ismail and hassan. the room was clean and spacious with updated amenities. it was on the 6th floor, facing a lively street, yet the room remained quiet with the window closed.

the hotel room had a leak from the top floor, and the room looked somewhat worn. i asked for a different room, but this were not possible and i didn't receive a partial refund.

The breakfast selection was quite limited. There wasn't much variety. The room wasn't as clean as I expected. i noticed dust on the lamp by the bed, disappointing.

the entrance has a small door and a staircase to reach the reception on the first floor. i found it inconvenient carrying my bags up the stairs upon arrival.
