The room was spacious and extra clean.. The check in was super fast and the room was ready. The facilities were very nice. I appreciated that the hotel had three swimming pools plus we could always find some free sunbeds. All the staff are very attentive and friendly. Beth at the pool bar. Yaswant, Qhaymar, Manesh and Aross were a great help at the beach today.
The service was average when trying to get a coffee at breakfast, and it took over 20 minutes to arrive lukewarm.

The hotel's main dining room, Minas, offered a great variety of foods, catering to all types of diners and tastes, from local dishes to international cuisine. Breakfast included many options to choose from with great variety. Food at the restaurants was high quality.

There were three swimming pools available, providing ample space for relaxation and recreation. Finding free sunbeds was consistently easy and convenient. The gym offered all necessary features for a complete workout routine. The hotel was beautifully maintained.

Mahesh at the beach was attentive. he remembered my baby's name and our room number. i was happy with his service and genuinely joyful spirit. the food quality was also undeniably good. Every meal reminded me of a treat.
the check-in process took longer than expected, and i had to wait a little for my room to be ready.

The concierge team, especially iresh and sandheep, was helpful. they assisted my daughter in recovering her lost laptop from an airline. their dedication and professionalism were appreciated. I am grateful for their help.

this hotel was so great! the pool was pristine, the restaurants were diverse with delicious food, and the room service was quick. my family, and especially my friends, loved visiting here, i think it was great. we all loved the pools, it was so big. the location was super too!
the only very slight downside was the occasional wait at the coffee station during breakfast, but honestly, it was a minor thing.
