breakfast selection quality toiletries maintained garden poor soundproofing inadequate housekeeping rundown tennis court
The breakfast selection had a good variety and the staff ensured all items were fresh. My room included high-quality Milton Brown toiletries which I thought was nice. The gardens were well kept offering a pleasant space to relax.
The room I had lacked soundproofing I could clearly hear road traffic. Housekeeping did not replace used items adequately I had to request more tea. The tennis court looked rundown it needed some attention.

friendly staff relaxing walk
The staff were friendly I felt so welcome. The food at the restaurant was wonderful I enjoyed every bite. It was a really nice dining experience. The grounds were lovely offering great spots for a relaxing walk.
I noticed that the shower head looked a bit dirty it could use a good cleaning or replacement.

The staff provided really good service they were attentive and quick to address any requests. Check-in was efficient and seamless the reception staff were ready to assist with directions. I found the service very reliable.

charming decor helpful staff excellent location
The decor included many pictures that matched hares and hounds. The staff were helpful. The location near Westonbirt Arboretum suited an autumn break.
The bathroom needed tlc, it was not as clean as expected.

the location proved convenient for exploring nearby attractions. the breakfast offered a good variety , and the service was attentive. our room, a classic double room , was clean and well kept.
the noise from nearby rooms was noticeable , particularly in the evening. the bathroom lacked sufficient counter space , which was inconvenient. also , the pricing in the restaurant seemed a bit high for the portion sizes.
