fresh choices spacious sauna quick travel
The breakfast selection provided fresh choices for every taste. The hotel offered a gym and sauna, both were spacious. I also appreciated the subway station near the hotel, it allowed for quick travel.
I noticed that one day the coffee was not replenished in the room. I had to go to the reception to obtain it. I consider this an oversight.

quiet room comfortable beds
the room was quiet. its location on the 5th floor faced an inner court. the beds were comfortable, and everything was handy.
there was a window between the bathroom and the room. whenever someone turned on the bathroom lights, the whole room lit up. some blinds could help.

friendly staff varied breakfast great shower
I found the staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a good variety of choices. The room included a great shower, which I especially appreciated after a long day exploring. Public transportation was also nearby, with access to different parts of the city.
The air conditioning did not work initially. It was fixed the next day though. Then the bathroom heater broke, and it was not repaired until the end of my stay. I also noticed the soap dispenser was empty and not refilled by room service. I had to ask at reception.

fantastic stay! modern and comfy
helpful staff friendly restaurant relaxing spa
the reception staff were very helpful! they were ready to solve any requests, so that's awesome. i also thought the restaurant and bar were friendly and professional, always smiling. the room was always cleaned nicely and the spa facilities felt relaxing plus hygienic, so i could recharge well.
i noticed the mattress and pillows weren't very comfortable. also, the floor had some stains.

the room included some decor elements like patterned wallpaper and various lights. the double room was spacious with room for an armchair, a study table plus a make-up dressing counter, i had lots of space to put my luggage. the room felt very clean.

The hotel includes a spa and sauna area. Both facilities open from 4pm onwards. this is a great way to unwind after a day of walking around the city, it's worth the trip. there is an upstairs sundeck with lovely views plus a convenient gym and spa area.

the location is great! it's just mere minutes from margaretengurtel station and four stops to the main shopping or cultural districts. the hotel is in a great location between the inner city and schönbrun! it is right next to the metro or streetcar station, convenient i think.

bathroom window poor cleaning
the room was quiet and i liked that it faced an inner court.
i found the window between the bathroom and the room annoying, because when one turns on the lights in the bathroom, the whole room is lit up. i think they need some blinds there. also, i disliked that the room wasnt properly cleaned, and the trash cans weren't always emptied.

The room was very fresh. I found the tram station a short walk away, about 2-3 minutes. This made city transport easy. The reception staff were both polite and helpful. Breakfast was of good quality.
I noticed a few people acting strangely around the hotel neighborhood.
