The reception staff displayed really good helpfulness and courtesy. They were great! elisabeth received a special mention for her excellent service. the family loved our stay and felt genuinely cared for. it.

the room lacked proper soundproofing, making it difficult to rest due to constant corridor noise.

The rooms have nice amenities. I like the minibar with coffee, tea, and sugar. The breakfast felt rich. I did not eat it due to the price.

There are a couple stairs inside and this made moving the suitcases a bit difficult.

the gym had an austrian man who screamed at me.
