room design comfy bed free wi-fi top floor lobby confusing switch lift system
I enjoyed the room. It was really well thought out with a separate area for hanging clothes. the bed was comfy with good linen. free wi-fi worked well.
The design of the hotel includes a top floor lobby. Guests must change lifts to get to their room. it's painful to go up then get down to the ground floor. i found too many confusing light switches.

location is good though amenities need improvements
slippery flooring dirty water
the location was good. it was easy to access the shopping mall.
I stayed for several nights. the room design was excellent, but many fittings seemed run down. the shower room had marble flooring without antislip strips. I slipped and fell as water splashed outside the door. also, the in-room iron created dirty water splurts on my outfits.

confusing light switches shower room door
the room had a great view (i could see the petronas towers!), which was acceptable.
the lift system was quite confusing. you have to change lifts to get to the guest rooms, so i had to remind myself each time, go up to go out or press up to go out! the confusing light switches for turn down didn't help either. the shower room door had a gap, causing water to splash out and the floor to get wet.

a wonderful hotel experience
friendly staff diverse buffet quiet room
The staff are very friendly. Breakfast featured a diverse buffet with cuisine from various cultures. The room i had was spacious, very clean and surprisingly quiet. i really liked the Petronas Towers view from it.

the staff was attentive and always smiling, made for a very cute atmosphere. i got assistance quickly. everyone seems to enjoy their job, and it shows in the quality of service i received. that's wonderful!

the hotel is near the twin towers and pavilion, easy to explore. everything i wanted to see was only a short walk away. i didn't need to spend a lot of time traveling to reach the sights i wanted to see.

the breakfast spread was superb, with choices. the food options are fresh and very delicious. seafood options are also available and tasted good. i thought the dining area was clean and well-organized, it made breakfast very enjoyable.

wonderful view proactive housekeeping
The view from my room of the towers was wonderful. the breakfast was delicious with many choices. i appreciated the proactive housekeeping. They switched my feather pillows for foam ones without me even asking!
Checking in took a very long time. It lasted a whole twenty minutes. i think the staff member didn't know enough about the rooms.

The breakfast offered a superb range of cuisines from many cultures. The variety was amazing! i especially liked that the restaurant on the 38th floor had both tasty and diverse menus. the presentation of food was nice.

My king room club access was spacious and quiet. It provided a restful environment. the hotel design is unnecessarily complicated! moving requires separate elevators. the views.

The staff acted professionally and wanted to help me, offering assistance without me asking! the concierge were pretty good when i forgot my shoes. He sent them to the airport. this level of dedication is rare.

The lobby had a fine design. Stepping out of the elevator there took my breath away! the hotel provides umbrellas for guest use. It is a nice touch. i was also allowed to use the facilities after checking out.
