Acceptable, but certain issues exist
dated room water outage
The breakfast was quite extensive (though I skipped the watermelon bread).
The room felt somewhat dated, which I didn't expect. Then, one evening, the water stopped working. Reception was hard to reach and didn't provide a clear timeline for fixing it. It was after midnight when bottled water arrived, but the water eventually returned with brown sediment.

excellent job convenient location diverse selection
The staff was always available and responded quickly. our room was super clean. The housekeeping team did an excellent job! the location proved convenient for exploring local attractions. I appreciated the proximity to public transport. i found the breakfast selection diverse. It offered both local and international options.
the elevators were occasionally slow, which caused minor delays when traveling between floors.

Wonderful hotel experience
really good service great amenities friendly doorman
The staff provided really good service. I received helpful tips on local attractions from the horizon club lounge team. The hotel amenities are great for families. The hotel provided baby chairs upon request. The doorman, iwan, was always friendly and quick to help with luggage (i especially appreciated his help).
The room decor felt a little basic, though it was clean.

The horizon club lounge team offered helpful advice regarding local places to visit, a service i found very useful. They were pretty good too ensure a wonderful breakfast experience , showing dedication. I was very impressed.

The executive king room included a comfortable king-sized bed and a separate seating area. It had a spacious bathroom with two sinks. a rainfall shower (very practical). The room also had a well-stocked mini-bar.

The hotel is within walking distance of many eateries and pubs. This made exploring easy. Key locations are also easily accessible from the hotel, simplifying travel. The proximity to local attractions is definitely a plus.

The hotel features a well-equipped gym with three treadmills and two stationary bikes. The pool area includes twenty loungers and a shaded section. I really enjoyed it. There is a sauna, a steam room. good access.

Acceptable hotel stay
courteous service convenient amenities overrated room limited minibar
I appreciated the service from Riduan and Syafiq. They were very courteous. They welcomed my family upon arrival. Aqilah was also attentive and entertained the children with activities and rewards. Clean, spacious, comfortable and convenient amenities were in the room.
The room was overrated. I paid rm700 including tax for one room, and it felt underwhelming. The minibar was limited. I expected more than just coffee and tea (some canned drinks would have been nice).

very nice assistance perfect markets enhanced travel
i felt welcomed! the doorman, iwan, gave very nice assistance. he suggested perfect markets. the hotel team enhanced my travel.
The dinner buffet fell short. Lobster lacked freshness. truffle potatoes disappeared quickly. custard bao was not replenished! the price did not match the experience.
