a WONDERFUL stay
helpful staff dinner recognition
The island is beautiful and the staff is helpful. Segar welcomed us and remembered our names during dinner. He knew our spa treatments and asked if we enjoyed them, HE runs his team well. We saw monkeys, bats, monitor lizards, sea otters, and hornbills.
I was surprised there were no umbrellas available upon arrival. It rained heavily and we had to run from the speedboat to the jetty. I had to carry my kids in the rain.

The spa infinity pool measures 50 metres, offering ample space for relaxation. Emerald Bay is accessible for swimming, with clear tropical water. The resort includes the Royal Bay Beach Club, where children can play with hornbills.

The villa was spacious, providing close access to the pool and restaurants. The beach villa had all needed amenities. A short cart trip delivers guests to the other side of the island, very convenient.
Service

Staff members greet guests with big smiles. They are attentive to the children. The check-in at the jetty was organised very WELL. The shuttle service around the island functions perfectly.

Mixed feelings about this RESORT
slow service high prices
I found the service inconsistent, frustrating. Sometimes I had to wait ages for simple requests. The food quality was also a letdown, especially given the HIGH prices. I expected better taste and presentation.

emerald beach attentive staff
The emerald bay beach is really beautiful. The shuttle service around the island worked perfectly too. The staff are very serviceminded and attentive I thought. The quality in everything there was quite nice.
I noticed, for what I paid, prices for food AND drinks were EXPENSIVE.
