an lovely STAY
fresh pajamas unlimited drinks japanese option
the breakfast buffet offered both japanese and western options. the self-service laundry was very convenient to have. the room was cleaned daily, even with fresh pajamas provided EVERY day. i really loved having access to the nikko lounge located on the 11th floor, especially with the all-day drinks and snacks it provided.

the room included comfortable beds and nice linens , perfect for a relaxing stay after a long day exploring. i also liked that it was quite spacious , especially considering we were traveling as a family. the balcony provided an enjoyable space to appreciate the surroundings.

the breakfast buffet had a wide array of choices , including both western and japanese dishes , that allowed everyone to find something they enjoyed. the nikko lounge access offered unlimited drinks and snacks throughout the day. this was quite useful , especially when traveling with children.

the staff was ALWAYS polite and helpful , from check-in to addressing any questions we had . they were also very prompt in providing a baby crib in our room , . the room cleaning was really good , with fresh amenities daily.

wonderful disney stay
flexible vouchers good size rooms convenient monorail
the restaurant vouchers for breakfast were flexible i could use them for lunch instead. this worked better for my plans on my first day. the room was a good size. breakfast was great it was close to the monorail too.

convenient stay near disney
shuttle service easy access
The hotel's proximity to Tokyo Disneyland was very convenient. i appreciated the shuttle service to the JR Station, this made getting around quite simple. the hotel also offers easy access to the monorail, and it was a short walk to the station. i watched the fireworks from my room on evenings i returned early from the parks.
I found the bathroom design to be somewhat lacking, as there was not a convenient place to hang towels. Instructions for the shower setup would have been helpful. It took a little while to figure out all the settings.

Excellent Stay for Families
convenient access souvenir shopping solid products
Our family trip went smoothly. The hotel provided convenient access to the Disney parks via the monorail. The Disney shop inside the hotel made souvenir shopping easy. I found that the 24-hour convenience store stocked essentials.
The bathroom did have some mold. I hope the cleaning staff will address this soon.

convenient tram perfect buffet helpful front desk
The tram to disney is close. It helps a lot. the breakfast buffet was perfect before my long day at the park. the front desk easily helped with a shuttle back to the airport.
