The location was fantastic with a train station nearby. the hotel provided complimentary items, and the room included ample cupboard storage. i appreciated the staff's friendliness. They were always ready to help and answer questions.

the hotel features a gym with three treadmills and two stationary bikes, offering guests options for exercise. complimentary coffee is available from a very good coffee machine and free water is also provided .

The hotel is a walkable distance to the train station. a supermarket is conveniently located across the street from the hotel. I highly recommend it for groceries. many restaurants are also nearby, providing various dining options.

the room includes a bar fridge, a hot plate, and a microwave. this was awesome to have and very useful for preparing simple meals. there was a comfortable gap between the beds which meant we each had our own sense of space.

the reception staff gave full attention to any requests that i had. they also helped me get a cab when i needed one. the staff even provided an umbrella when it was raining and told me i could keep it.

I found some aspects of my stay disappointing. The walls in the room were marked and was dirty. I also expected linen changes every three days, this did not happen. I had to request new linens after more than three days, this was quite inconvenient.

The room was HUGE by local standards. Everything was super clean and very comfortable. I LOVED the location because it was close to the subway. It also featured a supermarket right across the street, SO convenient!

Excellent Stay!

I found the staff very friendly and helpful! The walk to the nearest station, Shinjuku Gyoenmae, took about eight minutes. It was a fifteen-minute walk to the main Shinjuku station. The road from Shinjuku Gyoenmae is smooth. This is good for moving luggage. The room was big and spacious. We asked for an extra sofa bed, and it was convenient for my family. The metro station is a ten-minute walk, and Shinjuku's main strip is a fifteen-minute walk, so the location was close to everything! During my stay in mid-September 2024, the customer service was standout. Room service had a mishap with my wife's perfume, and they bought a replacement and some other gifts. It was amazing!
The room felt old! The walls were shabby, and the furniture was a bit outdated.
