the location was very convenient. it was a short walk to the subway stations. staff members were friendly and accommodating. the room was a good size.
room service could definitely improve. the front desk asked if we wanted room cleaning every day or every other day. i chose the every day option but the room was not cleaned well. the bathroom itself had a bad odour smell.

The hotel has a very good central location. The staff members were super nice. I thought the quality was good for the price I paid.
Unfortunately the room was not clean I should have complained. The floors were not vacuumed and they were filthy. Also the breakfast was very overpriced. I felt it was not value for money.
